Collaborative Success: Insights from a Teen & Parent

Updated: Aug 18

I am delighted to share a heartfelt video testimonial featuring both an adolescent and their parent, who has graciously shared their coaching experience.I’m thankful to both of them for trusting me as their coaching partner.

I want to acknowledge the parent for their willingness and openness to engage in this coaching journey. One thing I've noticed among both adolescents and their parents who reach out and see positive outcomes is: their open mindset to collaborate and a great deal of commitment in creating the right environment for their kid.

Whether it's the supportive parent or the proactive adolescent who is reaching out, this teamwork and dedication makes a real difference in achieving success. Reaching out for collaboration is considered as a strength. It shows they exhibit:

1.    Self-Awareness

2.    Growth Mindset

3.    Adaptability

I want to recognize the early teenager featured here, for enthusiastically participating and exploring in the coaching sessions and owning his decisions. Every interaction is a learning opportunity and I also learnt a great deal through our sessions. Thank you.

Watch this video to hear their story and see how this collaborative approach has made a positive impact!
