Testimonials

I worked with Laks and was thrilled with her approach.

She took me through explorations that I had not considered before which felt right in my body and offered clarity to my mind. We explored ways to create balance and clarity in my life that felt authentic and natural.

With her guidance, I was able to discover parts of me that I was either neglecting, overlooking or not giving grace.

act today, for a better tomorrow

Adolescence, a critical stage for personality development, is marked by a journey towards independence and skill enhancement. However, they often resist advice, and solicit right guidance. Globally, coming-of-age traditions help establish a network of trusted figures for guidance. Given this, it’s essential to engage teens and youth in coaching sessions during this transformative period. These sessions can equip them with tools to navigate their journey effectively, build a supportive network, and foster growth.
